Segment One – Makeup on Monsters

In the last segment, we talked about how our attention to little, or fictional monsters, can take our attention away from the really big threats. And about how the Media often aids this process, by ignoring the big monsters in the room. In this segment, we will discuss how our history of putting makeup on our monsters, impedes our ability to recognize them for the threats they indeed are.
